LHH is seeking a Business to Business Logistics & Customer Service Representative for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! This role combines customer relationship management with logistics coordination to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction. This role is fully in office Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and client portals.
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and shipping schedules to proactively manage client expectations and resolve potential delays.
Address and resolve client concerns related to product availability, shipment tracking, and delivery discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and logistics updates using internal systems.
Prepare and distribute reports on order activity, delivery performance, and client-specific metrics.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication and improve service efficiency.
Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service procedures and logistics workflows.
Participate in team meetings to share insights, align on priorities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years in a customer service or logistics support role, ideally in a distribution or supply chain environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems, order tracking tools, and standard office software.
Comfortable working in a structured environment with extended computer use.
Adaptable and composed when handling time-sensitive or complex service issues.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
