Corporate Paralegal

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Full-time, On-site

Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for organization and transactional law? Join our Legal Department as a Corporate Paralegal / Legal Coordinator and support corporate governance, document management, and legal operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage legal systems including CSC Entity Management, UCC filings, and document databases

  • Coordinate law firm invoicing and verify billing accuracy

  • Support attorneys with contract review, document preparation, and compliance tracking

  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and meeting minutes

  • Serve as Notary Public and assist with closings and legal transactions

  • Organize meetings, travel, and logistics for legal team activities

  • Handle large-scale document distribution and mail routing

  • Respond to internal and external document requests

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

  • 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in a transactional practice at a large law firm

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including track changes and comparison tools

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to irregular hours

  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
