Digital Channel Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC

Overview:
LHH is seeking a Digital Channel Consultant to join our clients digital banking team, supporting over 31 million mobile users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, online banking, and the mobile app. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Channel Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to streamline processes and improve channel performance.
Manage the timely delivery of performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Lead the optimization of marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc.) and identifying areas for improvement.
Serve as a liaison with program managers to develop and enhance campaign strategies and platforms.
Present findings and insights in weekly and monthly forums to the digital team and business partners.
Support urgent campaign requests, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting routines and performance tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute detailed tasks efficiently and accurately.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present data and insights.
Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with marketing asset execution processes and systems.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with digital marketing metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc.
A/B testing experience and knowledge of calculating statistical significance.
Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Photoshop is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Workflow Management Tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
Knowledge of Chrome developer tools and extensions for troubleshooting targeting, tracking, and page tags.
Experience in mobile marketing and the financial industry is a plus.
Background in eCommerce, onsite, or interactive media.
QA testing and validation experience.
Content management system experience.
Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
