LHH is hiring for a Financial Analyst to join our client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services environment. Candidates must live local to Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.

· Prepare reports for all departments

· Prepare custom analysis and reporting using SQL

· Assists various departments with system access and maintenance of applications

· Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.

· Collaborate with partners and senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

· Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a professional services environment is highly preferred

· Heavy reporting experience is required

· Experience with SQL is required

· Experience with Power BI is preferred

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High level of integrity and attention to detail.
