- Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and voluntary benefits.
- Guide new employees through benefits enrollment, explaining options, eligibility, and deadlines.
- Analyze data related to employee benefits utilization, costs, and satisfaction levels. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance the overall value and effectiveness of our benefits offerings.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking assistance with benefits-related inquiries, issues, or claims. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as payroll and finance teams, to resolve any administrative challenges promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on self-insured health plans.
- HRIS experience within ADP software
- Proficiency in Excel, including skills in data analysis, formula creation, and spreadsheet management. Demonstrated ability to utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
