$55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per Year
- Perform employee record maintenance via HRIS to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle all aspects of onboarding activities for new hires, including orientations and safety training.
- Manage employee benefits by ensuring accurate enrollments, life event changes, and benefits administration.
- Conduct recruiting activities such as job postings, resume reviews, interview schedules, and background checks.
- Compile and maintain records for employee benefits administration, including FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA administration, and tracking.
- Associate or HR Certification, bachelor degree preferred
- 2 – 3 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment at a Generalist level capacity
- HRIS experience, Workday experience a Preferred
