LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for a direct hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience preferably within benefits and payroll. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate changes in Medical, Dental, and Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits for employees.

  • Manage adjustments to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).

  • Prepare and distribute annual benefit renewal summary reports to management.

  • Maintain employee files at the Charlotte office and collaborate with external HR partners.

  • Oversee timekeeping processes.

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Make necessary adjustments in Paychex as needed.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll files.

  • Conduct Work Comp audits to ensure compliance.

  • Coordinate annual renewals with insurance agents.

  • Provide summary reports on corporate insurance matters to management.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and employee information.

  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex HR issues.

  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in benefits administration, payroll, and insurance matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in HR, benefits administration, or insurance-related roles.

  • Familiarity with Paychex or similar payroll processing systems.



Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
