LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for a direct hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience preferably within benefits and payroll. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate changes in Medical, Dental, and Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits for employees.
Manage adjustments to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).
Prepare and distribute annual benefit renewal summary reports to management.
Maintain employee files at the Charlotte office and collaborate with external HR partners.
Oversee timekeeping processes.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Make necessary adjustments in Paychex as needed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll files.
Conduct Work Comp audits to ensure compliance.
Coordinate annual renewals with insurance agents.
Provide summary reports on corporate insurance matters to management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and employee information.
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex HR issues.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in benefits administration, payroll, and insurance matters.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in HR, benefits administration, or insurance-related roles.
Familiarity with Paychex or similar payroll processing systems.
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
