LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interim Assistant Controller to join our client on a consulting basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will be at least 6 months and could last up to a year. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage financial consolidations for assigned entities
· Intercompany accounting
· Financial reporting
· Reconciliations and journal entries
· Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
· Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
· 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
· Strong Excel skills
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
· Prior interim or consulting experience is a plus
Details:
· Duration: 6-12 months
· Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
· Location: Fully onsite
· Compensation: $50-60/hour
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
