- Validate loan documentation for accurate trade settlements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage loan commitments, interest payments, fee payments, and handle inquiries regarding rate changes, advances, collateral, and repayments.
- Monitor reports and conduct reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training on procedures, policies, and processes, supervise team activities, and ensure adherence to dual controls for inputting wire instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude, able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and backgrounds within the organization.
- Proficiency in communication and numerical skills, capable of working with numbers/calculations accurately and confidently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and escalate issues appropriately. Knowledge of Operational Risk is preferred.
