LHH is recruiting immediately for a full-time, Oracle EPM Analyst for one of our clients in the transportation industry. This is a great opportunity to join an organization with a great culture, strong business focus, and dedicated customers!

Location: Hybrid-Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $80K-$125K (based on experience) + bonus opportunity and benefits

Role Requirements:

  • Responsible for the on-going support of the Oracle Cloud EPM suite: Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS)

  • Use Oracle AI and BI tools to develop and publish reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to assist various business functions in decision support and measurement

  • Understand business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems and drive continuous process improvement

  • Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud

  • Lead Oracle EPM monthly upgrade testing, review, and adoption of new cloud features

  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Controllership teams to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting process for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting

  • 2+ years of experience working in FP&A or Controllership

  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)

  • Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs

  • Experience in building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, building dashboards, and automating business rules

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches

  • Experience conducting testing (e.g., system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing), and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical

  • Ability to support training of internal Finance staff on advanced EPM concepts.

  • Committed to a continuous learning environment to build expertise in EPM technologies

  • Ability to collaborate with other members of Finance, Operations and IT
