LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project Accountant to join their client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. Ideal candidates will have project accounting experience within a construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable

• Accounts receivable

• AIA billing

• General ledger entries

• Draw requests

• Change orders

• Preparing monthly financial statements

• Managing project documentation

• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Project accounting experience in the construction industry required

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Self-starter and dependable

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 and a discretionary bonus.

Work site:

• Onsite
