LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Project Administrator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is onsite based in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, proficient in administrative tasks, adept at supporting project managers, and capable of managing submittals, material orders, and RFIs effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Creating paint orders as needed
  • Tracking submittals statuses and RFI responses
  • Track the entire order lifecycle
  • Manage RFI logs
Experience and Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • minimum of 2 years of experience ideally from the construction industry
  • Familiarity with accounting software, CRM, and Microsoft Excel
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 Work hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
