LHH is seeking a Property Accountant to join our client in Charlotte on a direct hire basis. This position will be responsible for the accounting for a portfolio of properties and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the accounting for a portfolio of properties

· Financial reporting

· Journal entries

· Month-end close

· Reconciliations

· Ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business high preferred

· Experience with property accounting highly preferred

· Experience with pivot tables and vlookups required

Compensation and Schedule:

· $65K-$75K depending on experience with a full benefit package

· Onsite 5 days a week
