LHH is seeking a Total Compensation & Benefits Analyst to handle compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. This role is essential to the HR team, requiring strong analytical skills and a customer centric mindset to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, implement, and support compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.

  • Maintain compensation structures, conduct job evaluations, and support salary survey participation and merit processes.

  • Perform market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay and benefits.

  • Administer benefits programs, including ACA compliance, new hire/life event enrollments, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives.

  • Coordinate with payroll on benefit-related changes and billing.

  • Deliver benefits presentations and training for new hires and eligible employees.

  • Support the administration and troubleshooting of retirement plans.

  • Ensure HRIS data integrity, conduct audits, and generate reports.

  • Maintain SOPs and implement quality control measures.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws related to compensation and benefits.

  • Contribute to wellness communications.

Additional Duties:

  • Liaise with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

  • Analyze benefits utilization data and recommend improvements.

  • Mentor the HR Administrator as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in HR with compensation and benefits responsibilities.

  • Experience in job analysis, compensation administration, and benefits troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with benefit enrollment platforms and HRIS reporting (Paylocity experience a plus).

  • Knowledge of employment laws and retirement programs preferred.

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).

  • Strong analytical and statistical abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, payroll, finance, and IT.



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
