We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) capabilities to join our finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial insights, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including variance analysis and forecasting.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.

• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
