LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a food and beverage company based in Cherry Hill, NJ, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

Job Type: Temporary (3-4 months)

Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour

Job Description: As an Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring smooth transactions with our vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices and statements.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivables.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
