Job Responsibilities:
- Renew customer accounts to increase revenue and reduce churn.
- Delivering timely information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Engage with clients through events like dinners and sporting activities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address their needs.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met promptly.
- Focus on renewing accounts to maintain and grow the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
