LHH is looking for an Account Manager for our client in Chicago. We're searching for someone who excels at building relationships and communicating effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Renew customer accounts to increase revenue and reduce churn.
  • Delivering timely information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Engage with clients through events like dinners and sporting activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address their needs.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met promptly.
  • Focus on renewing accounts to maintain and grow the customer base.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
