• Research and resolve accounts payable issues with customers or vendors.
• Verifying invoice accuracy, recording and paying bills
• Provide support with month end close and Credit Card reconciliation.

• Must ensure that all timesheets are sent and received by employees on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate with field supervision daily for the management of timesheets.
• Complete the data entry of certified payroll.

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, specifically with Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Associate degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with ADP.
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Individual should be a self-starter and eager to work productively and efficiently.
