LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Chicago to assist with an accounts payable specialist search. The accounts payable specialist must be analytical and have 2 years of prior experience in AP. This a direct hire role and hybrid.
Reconcile accounts and statements
Discrepancy research and resolution
Analysis of transactions and general ledger
Data entry and adjustments
Review and accept/reject expenses
Partner with banks and vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments
Review purchase orders and set up vendors
Requirements:
2 years + of experience in AP
Prior experience with Excel
Analytical and comfortable with automated processes
Excellent communication
Deadline driven
Ability to self manage
Salary: $55K-$65K
Benefits may include: health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
