LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client with a search for an accounts receivable specialist. The company is located in Chicago and this role is hybrid. This is a direct hire role and they are looking for someone with professional and effective communication skills that can partner with internal departments to reach out to customers to reduce outstanding accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze customer accounts

• Partner with internal departments to determine collection methods

• Follow up with customers outstanding payments by phone and email

• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Determine payment plans and update accounts

• Keep detailed notes on accounts

• Prepare updates and reports on accounts

Requirements:

• 2 years of prior experience in a similar AR role focused on account analysis and collections

• Analytical mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to problem solve

• Must be able to keep up with a high volume of work and deadlines

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelors degree

Compensation:

$58K-$68K
