LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Litigation Paralegal for a confidential client. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a strong background in aviation law and a passion for supporting legal teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and management of aviation litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering and analyzing evidence, accident reports, and regulatory documents.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage pre-trial and trial logistics, including coordinating with court personnel and managing exhibits.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on aviation law.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
