LHH is seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our participants, providers, vendors, and insurance carriers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of calls.

  • Explaining benefit plans accurately and professionally.

  • Reviewing, researching, and resolving benefit questions and issues.

  • Explaining benefits and eligibility for various claims.

  • Requesting stop payments, voids, and adjustments of claim payments.

Requirements:

  • Prior benefits experience or at least 2 years as a customer service representative or claims processor.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and good organizational skills.
