Benefits Specialist -Leave of Absence (LOA)
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Benefits Specialist to support our Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodations programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of federal and state leave laws, and is passionate about supporting employees through critical life events.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert on all leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave laws.
Provide day-to-day support on LOA and accommodations processes, policies, and procedures.
Partner with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams on complex and sensitive leave cases.
Maintain accurate and timely data in the HRIS system.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the LOA experience and compliance.
Support special projects and initiatives related to employee well-being and workplace accommodations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in LOA administration or employee benefits.
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable federal/state regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and case management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $31.00 per hour
