• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: OFF

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established healthcare client in the South Loop of Chicago to find a dedicated Bilingual Medical Scheduler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-centered team in a fast-paced outpatient setting where your organizational and communication skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume calls from patients and providers

• Schedule and confirm medical appointments accurately and efficiently

• Verify patient demographics and insurance information

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families

• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support

• Collaborate with clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required

• Previous experience in medical scheduling or a healthcare call center

• Knowledge of insurance verification and EMR systems (Epic or similar preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Comfortable working some Saturdays and occasional extended hours
