LHH Recruiting Firm is seeking a talented Business Continuity Specialist to join our client team. This role will involve supporting business continuity planning, data management, and process improvement. $44-$51/hr/ No C2C No Sponsorship. Remote 100%


Responsibilities:


  • Review and input business continuity data into planning tool
  • Assist with building teams and rosters for business continuity and site plans
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, and guides
  • Collaborate with process owners, coordinators, and plan owners
  • Create and share data visualizations to support operational health
  • Drive timely completion of projects and provide updates on progress and issues

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete work effectively
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make critical decisions
  • Experience with data validation and migration (exporting, importing, transforming, verifying data)
  • Proficiency in various tools and scripts (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fusion Risk Management)
  • Adaptability to change and value for diverse opinions and ideas
  • Ability to operate in an agile development environment and embrace new technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify potential failures and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of procedures, applications, and concepts within your subject area, and how they relate to data migration

Experience:


  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Business Continuity Planning Tools desired
  • Up to two years of related work experience in business planning and documentation roles
