Business Immigration Paralegal
Are you an experienced business immigration paralegal with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters experience interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity? Our clients include sophisticated law firms as well as large corporations.
You will be responsible for preparing and processing applications for O-1 visas; analyzing and preparing PERM applications; assisting with preparing E, H, L, and O. Strong customer service skills and a collaborative mindset will be necessary for you to be a good fit in this role. You will be assembling complex documentation, conducting legal research, and preparing various legal documents for submission to various agencies, so high attention to detail is ideal. For these roles we expect salaries to range from $70,000 up to $100,000.
Requirements:
3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience, must include work with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or a BA.
Must have experience with Immigration INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix.
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and adapt to change and to workload fluctuations in a fast paced environment.
Strong substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
