Job Title: Claims Processor

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: LHH is looking for a Claims Processor to join a team for a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Your role will involve investigating and initiating claims, reviewing data, and resolving any issues or disputes related to claims. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Processor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage insurance claims accurately and efficiently.

  • Investigate and initiate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

  • Review and audit claims to prevent fraud and ensure correct payouts.

  • Resolve issues and disputes related to claims in a timely manner.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in claims processing, data entry, and claims review (4-5 years preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry.
