Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the collection process for assigned accounts.
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and address any discrepancies.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze and report on collection data.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of heavy collections experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a huge plus.
- Ability to work fully onsite during initial training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
