• Manage and oversee the collection process for assigned accounts.
• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and address any discrepancies.
• Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze and report on collection data.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy collections experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a huge plus.
• Ability to work fully onsite during initial training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
