LHH is partnering with a repeat law firm client in a search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to join its growing Chicago office.

Beyond the Role:

  • Salary: $80,000-$115,000, Depending on Experience

  • Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits,

About the Opportunity:

  • Prepare and Draft Real Estate Documents: Create contracts, purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and related conveyance documents

  • Coordinate: Work alongside attorneys in conducting title and survey reviews, and closings

  • Billables: 1500

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field, preferred

  • Certifications: Paralegal Certificate, required

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Simplifile (or an equivalent platform).

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other staff members.
