What You'll Do:
- Create and update comprehensive due diligence checklists to ensure thorough and accurate assessments
- Conduct full title and survey reviews, providing detailed synopses and drafting objection letters as needed
- Draft, review, and revise real estate transaction documents, including leases, loan documents, deeds, and related conveyance documents
- Prepare, review, and amend organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Perform and analyze UCC judgment and lien searches to identify potential risks and liabilities
- Coordinate and compile signature pages for closings, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and distributed efficiently
- Liaise directly with clients and other business parties to facilitate due diligence, closing, and funding processes
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of closing binders and other post-closing deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion
Who You Are:
- Paralegal Certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experienced Paralegal who has spent 5+ years supporting attorneys with Commercial Real Estate work
- Proficient in Simplifile or similar e-recording platform
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable billing 1500 hours annually
Pay Details: $80,000 - $115,000/year
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
