LHH is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our reputable client's Commercial Real Estate team. This role requires extensive experience as a legal support professional with a strong understanding of varied commercial real estate matters.

What You'll Do:
  • Create and update comprehensive due diligence checklists to ensure thorough and accurate assessments
  • Conduct full title and survey reviews, providing detailed synopses and drafting objection letters as needed
  • Draft, review, and revise real estate transaction documents, including leases, loan documents, deeds, and related conveyance documents
  • Prepare, review, and amend organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Perform and analyze UCC judgment and lien searches to identify potential risks and liabilities
  • Coordinate and compile signature pages for closings, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and distributed efficiently
  • Liaise directly with clients and other business parties to facilitate due diligence, closing, and funding processes
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of closing binders and other post-closing deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion

Who You Are:
  • Paralegal Certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experienced Paralegal who has spent 5+ years supporting attorneys with Commercial Real Estate work
  • Proficient in Simplifile or similar e-recording platform
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable billing 1500 hours annually

Pay Details: $80,000 - $115,000/year
