Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, sales, and procurement, to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documents.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and security standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools to streamline contract management processes and improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a contracts specialist, with a strong focus on SaaS models.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in contract management is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $65.00 per hour
