LHH is seeking a Contract Corporate Immigration Paralegal to support our client's legal team on high-priority, time-sensitive matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong employment-based immigration experience who can step in quickly and contribute immediately

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485)
  • Draft supporting documentation and manage case files
  • Track deadlines and maintain immigration calendars
  • Communicate with clients, HR teams, and government agencies
  • Support attorneys with audits, RFE responses, and compliance tasks

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of corporate immigration experience
  • Familiarity with PERM and USCIS/DOL processes
  • Proficiency in immigration case management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
