LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Contract Summer Associate Program Coordinator for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating a summer associate program, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the summer associate program, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute various events, including orientation sessions, training workshops, networking events, and social activities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for summer associates, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistical needs for program participants.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from summer associates and program stakeholders to continuously improve the program.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including HR, legal, and marketing, to ensure the program aligns with company goals and standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant information, and other relevant data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in program coordination, event planning, or a similar role, preferably within a corporate or legal environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
