LHH is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their innovative technology client's legal operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams around the globe.

What You'll Do

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of B2B commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

Support the full contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Create and manage scalable templates for sales, partnership, and confidentiality agreements to optimize workflows.

Collaborate across legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure efficient contract execution and risk mitigation.

Provide guidance and prompt responses to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters and best practices.

Assist in tracking and reporting on contract statuses and metrics tied to recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR).

Experienced professional with 3-6 years in contract management, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.

Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a sharp eye for detail and risk.

A strong communicator who thrives in both independent work and team-based collaboration across time zones.

Experienced with CLM platforms (e.g., Conga, Salesforce) and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation: $45-$55/hour, depending on experience.
