LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced hands-on Controller for a client in the downtown Chicago area within the tech startup industry. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $140-$175K + Bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, 15 days PTO + 10 paid holidays, and 401K (with company match).

The Controller will manage all aspects of the accounting operations and manage 1 direct report and help grow the team and implement processes and procedures.
Key Functions include:
- Lead accounting team
- Create policies and procedures
- Lead all financial statement preparation, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting
- Account reconciliation, month-end close, bookkeeping
- KPI reporting
- Internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years accounting experience
- Quickbooks experience required
