Position Overview
We’re seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives II supporting insurance benefit plans. In this role, you’ll assist members with questions about their health, dental, vision, or other insurance coverage. You’ll also help resolve issues, explain benefits, and ensure a secure and positive experience for every caller.
Key Responsibilities
Member Support: Answer inbound calls from members regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, claims, and coverage details.
Issue Resolution: Assist with billing concerns, denied claims, ID card requests, and provider network questions.
Claims & Benefits Guidance: Clearly explain insurance terms, plan features, and claims processes.
Fraud Awareness: Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activity or misuse of benefits.
Account Updates: Help members update personal information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
Education & Engagement: Promote awareness of preventive care, wellness programs, and digital tools.
Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Compliance: Follow all policies and regulations to protect member data and ensure service quality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in healthcare or insurance is a plus)
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in health insurance or benefits administration
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple, supportive way
Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer applications
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
