We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a Contract opportunity located in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products or services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve technical issues when possible.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, such as call handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to call center protocols and procedures.
- Effectively manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with order tracking and delivery inquiries.
- Handle returns and exchanges.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.

- Monday- Friday, onsite
- Pay $18-$21 an hour depending on experience
