Salary commensurate with experience will range from $100K-$130K plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Director of Finance will manage accounting and finance operations of a growing startup and will be an integral part of the leadership team.. Key Functions include:

• Manage accounting staff
• Overseeing internal controls
• Monitoring expenses and cash flow
• Overseeing audit and tax functions
• Financial reporting
• Update policies and procedures
• Financial planning and strategy
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Managing tax compliance
• Risk control
• SEC reporting (Preparing 10Ks and 8Ks
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• SEC experience
• CPA a plus
