- Conduct comprehensive document reviews to support legal proceedings.
- Analyze and categorize documents based on relevance and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of discovery materials and case documentation.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized and thorough records of reviewed documents.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and a valid license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- 2-5 years of experience in document review or related legal roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Employment Type: Contract
- Compensation: $75/hr
