We are seeking experienced Remote or On-Site Document Review Attorneys for upcoming project-based work. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, legal acumen, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with document review experience to contribute to various litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
Conduct document reviews using e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or other review tools.
Analyze and categorize documents for relevancy, responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege.
Review and flag privileged documents, create privilege logs, and perform redactions as necessary.
Assist with first-level review, quality control, and second-level review as required.
Identify documents pertinent to litigation strategies including second requests, class actions, and government investigations.
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum 1-2 years of document review experience required.
Proficiency with e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) and understanding of privilege/relevancy standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working on document review cases involving second requests, class actions, securities, trade secrets, employment law, pharma, or government investigations.
Experience in privilege determination, preparing privilege logs, and redactions.
Project Details:
Project-based work with flexible remote options.
Competitive hourly compensation.
Duration and timing vary depending on the project scope.
Hourly rate varies from $25-35/hr and up to $75/hr for language based roles
