LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client's litigation team. This role will support attorneys on all matters related to the Litigation practice areas:

What You'll Do:

• Draft summonses, subpoenas, notices of filing, motions, and depositions

• Handle state, federal, and FINRA filings using Odyssey e-file, PACER, and FINRA DR Portal

• Prepare initial drafts of discovery requests and responses

• Prepare exhibits for and assisting at depositions, arbitrations, trials, and court proceedings

• Conduct document review and production; summarize and abstract depositions

• Organize and manage all case documents, pleadings, and discovery, including e-discovery on platforms such as DISCO and Relativity

• Research witnesses, jurors, and arbitrators; prepare binders for arbitrator rankings.

Who You Are:

• Highly proficient in eDiscovery platforms, preferably DISCO or Relativity

• Experienced paralegal with 3 years of relevant experience

• Able to work onsite in Chicago 4 days a week

$80,000 - $95,000 / year
