Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, writing, and submission of grant proposals and reports. Ensure all proposals align with funder guidelines and organizational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of grant applications, approvals, and expenditures. Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
- Track and report on grant-related activities. Ensure adherence to both internal policies and external regulations. Prepare and submit timely reports to funders.
- Work closely with program managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure seamless grant management.
- Identify potential funding opportunities and maintain a database of potential and current funders. Assist in the development of strategies for new grant applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to grant management.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
