Temporary HR Consultant- Director

Overview: We are urgently seeking a flexible and adaptable Temporary HR Consultant to step in as interim Director of HR. This role requires someone who can handle a wide range of HR issues, including unemployment claims across multiple states, and provide support to our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve HR issues, ensuring compliance with IL law and other state regulations.

• Handle unemployment claims across multiple states.

• Provide support and guidance on employee questions and concerns.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of HR practices and state laws, particularly in Illinois and other states.

• Experience in handling unemployment claims and resolving HR issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

• Availability to work part-time or full-time as required.
