Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Chicago, IL, on site
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on-site in Chicago IL, on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be capable of handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year Search managed by: Karla Hernandez
