LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Audit Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our internal audit processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Identify and assess risks, develop audit plans, and perform risk-based audits.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal controls, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct fraud investigations as needed and provide consulting services to management.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the audit committee.
- Participate in the annual global conference and other professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years management experience
- Strong understanding of SOX 404 processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
