LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our reputable client's growing litigation team. This role requires extensive experience as a legal support professional with a strong understanding of e-filing procedures.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage all e-filing requirements for state and federal courts, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all documents.
  • Prepare and organize litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and exhibits.
  • Conduct legal research as directed by attorneys.
  • Assist with document review and production.
  • Maintain meticulous case files and organize court documents.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant in a law firm environment.
  • Proven experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $70,000 - $90,000/year
