LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-profile litigation cases.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Manage and organize case files and legal documents
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and court appearances
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in litigation
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
