π Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil litigation case files from inception through trial, settlement, or alternative resolution
Draft, serve, and respond to discovery (interrogatories, document requests, subpoenas, admissions)
Assist attorneys in deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management
Conduct legal research and fact investigation as needed
Prepare legal documents, case summaries, timelines, and trial/mediation binders
E-file documents in State and Federal Courts
Monitor case deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses
Attend trials as needed to provide logistical and administrative support
β What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on civil, personal injury, or product liability litigation
Strong understanding of trial procedures, discovery, and case management
Proficient in legal technology including Relativity, iManage, TrialPad, Sanction, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, PACER, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
