Litigation Paralegals
LHH is actively recruiting for several direct hire Litigation Paralegals for our clients in Chicago, IL.
Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Details: $70,000-$95,000
Job Type: Full-Time. Direct hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Interface with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather critical information and arrange meetings and interviews.
Case Management: Support attorneys with case preparation by organizing documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings.
Discovery: Oversee the discovery process, including managing electronic discovery, reviewing and summarizing documents, and preparing discovery responses.
Trial Support: Aid in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witness schedules, and preparing trial binders.
Court Filings: Manage electronic court filings, ensuring adherence to local court rules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Strong understanding of legal procedures and litigation processes.
Proficient in legal research and document management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal software and electronic discovery tools.
