Job Title: Claims Examiner

Location: Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week near Greektown, Chicago

Compensation: $23/hour (up to $25/hour with a Bachelor’s degree)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Examiner to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely most of the week, with just one day onsite in our Greektown office. If you’re passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and helping people navigate the claims process, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims with accuracy and timeliness

• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with policy guidelines

• Communicate with claimants, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues

• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each claim

• Identify and escalate complex cases as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree required to be eligible for higher pay)

• 2 or more years of experience as a Claims Processor for a Medical Insurance company

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with standard office software and claims systems
